  • We truly value the time and specialized care that we provide to each patient. Unfortunately, insurance plans often severely limit the time a practitioner can spend with a patient as well as the type of care they can provide. Therefore, we do not participate with any healthcare insurance plans. While appointments with our clinic are cash pay, you are able to use your private insurance plan to order bloodwork through LabCorp. We also accept HSA/FSA cards as payment.

    The week prior to your first appointment, you will receive a non-refundable $10 invoice through our payment processor to hold your appointment. We will also store this credit card information on file and charge the remainder of your appointment at the time of your visit as well as any subsequent appointments that you may have. The card information is kept secure by our payment system

  • Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive review of your personal and family health history, lifestyle, nutrition, current medications, and symptoms. We often order lab tests and then create a personalized wellness plan for you.

  • Initial visits typically last 60 minutes. Follow-up visits may be 30–60 minutes depending on your needs.

  • Labs are customized to your needs and may include hormone panels, thyroid testing, metabolic panels, and other specialized tests. We discuss results in detail and create a plan around them.

  • Yes. We use both traditional and bioidentical hormone options, customized to your needs and goals.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in care for women in midlife and beyond, addressing hot flashes, mood changes, weight shifts, sleep issues, and more.

  • Absolutely. Many women prefer nutrition, exercise, and holistic strategies — and we build programs around your goals.

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
